Calmorie 利用图像分析技术帮助你记录饮食、估算食物热量，并提供日常健康管理参考。

所有分析结果，包括食物名称、热量、营养成分和趋势估算，仅供记录参考，不构成医疗建议或专业营养指导。

如果你有疾病、用药、孕期或哺乳期，或有特殊饮食需求，请先咨询医生或注册营养师。

免费使用与订阅权益

• 普通用户：每个自然日最多进行 10 次 AI 拍照分析。
• 次数计算：未使用次数不累计；网络或服务错误不会消耗次数；已返回结果的分析会计入次数。
• 订阅会员：有效月度或年度订阅会员每天可使用 30 次 AI 拍照分析，并获得对应 VIP 标志；不会解锁其他功能或内容。
• 一次性支持：属于自愿的消耗型应用内购买，不增加分析次数或解锁功能，不会自动续订，也不支持恢复购买。

订阅管理

订阅会自动续订并由 Apple ID 扣费。取消后权益持续到当前计费周期结束；到期、退款或撤销后，恢复普通用户每日 10 次的额度。

你可以在 Apple ID 设置中管理或取消订阅。购买和退款由 Apple App Store 按照其规则处理。

服务调整与中断

服务可能因维护、网络或第三方 AI 服务异常暂时不可用。我们会尽力恢复，但不保证服务始终不中断。重大调整会通过应用更新或相关页面说明。

可接受的使用方式

你同意仅将本应用用于个人非商业用途。禁止利用本应用进行非法活动、上传违禁内容，或通过逆向工程破解本应用。

免责声明

由于图像分析技术的局限性，本应用无法保证 100% 的分析准确率。光线、角度、食物遮挡等因素都可能影响结果。

你应根据实际情况核对并调整记录，不应只根据 Calmorie 的估算结果作出医疗、用药或专业营养决定。

Service description

Calmorie uses image analysis to help you log meals, estimate food calories, and support everyday health tracking.

All analysis results—including food names, calories, nutrients, and trend estimates—are for tracking reference only and are not medical advice or professional nutrition guidance.

If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have special dietary needs, consult a physician or registered dietitian first.

Free use and subscription benefits

• Standard users: up to 10 AI photo analyses per calendar day.
• Counting: unused analyses do not roll over. Network or service errors do not use an analysis; an analysis that returns a result does.
• Subscribers: active monthly or annual members get 30 AI photo analyses per day and the matching VIP badge. No other features or content are unlocked.
• One-time support: an optional consumable purchase. It adds no analyses or features, does not renew, and cannot be restored.

Subscription management

Subscriptions renew automatically and are charged to your Apple ID. Benefits continue until the paid period ends; expiration, refund, or revocation returns the limit to 10 per day.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in Apple ID settings. Purchases and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store under its rules.

Service changes and interruptions

The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, network issues, or third-party AI outages. We will work to restore it but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Material changes will be explained in an app update or relevant page.

How you may use the app

You agree to use this app only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not use it for illegal activity, upload prohibited content, or reverse engineer or crack the app.

Disclaimer

Because image analysis has limitations, this app cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Lighting, angle, food occlusion, and other factors may affect results.

Review and adjust records based on what you actually ate. Do not rely only on Calmorie estimates for medical, medication, or professional nutrition decisions.
